I got my car there in time and was suppose to take shuttle but decided to wait after was told it would only be about an hour. Was offered coffee which I appreciated. Guess what, before I could finish my coffee, my car was ready. Good service and customer service!

I had no choice for transmission repair other than West Herr. Communication was lacking, no written warranty after completion of work. No verification that my transmission was either replaced or repaired.

Bought a 2022 certified infinity in June 2023.Needed service for pinging noise. Was advised it needed rear brakes. I had only driven it for 2000 miles. How could this serious issue have been overlooked if certified?

All team members I met were very courteous. However, I wasn’t pleased that an oil change/all pts inspection took 3 hours with a scheduled appt time. I was advised I needed rear brakes at a cost of $632. I had them completed elsewhere for $340. That’s quite a mark up/price difference. Again,, I’d like to stress the team members were very professional and kind, but a 3 hour wait time with an appointment is excessive.

Not easy to diagnose but I have them A code printout from another service garage. Finally used my suggestion to disconnect the hood switches. They did discount my service but still same issue when I left.

The service rep was very rude when I went to pick up my car. I have had infinities for over six years. I have a lease plan that I do not pay for service I’m certain it is in my account and every other time the service rep has done this seamlessly. This time he was very rude and blaming me for not notifying him ahead of time! I chose to pay for the service because he wanted me to wait there while he rebelled it.
